Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 9 August 2026
Welcome to The Hong Kong Plan, an Elevateo company. By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
The Hong Kong Plan provides advisory and administrative support for Hong Kong talent-residency assessment, company-formation coordination, banking readiness, and tax-compliance preparation. Specific deliverables are agreed with each client before onboarding.
2. Service Scope and Pricing
Every engagement is scoped and priced individually. A custom quote depends on the relevant route, evidence gaps, ownership structure, banking profile, specialist requirements, and timeline. Website descriptions are summaries and do not create a fixed service commitment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, and remaining balances are communicated during onboarding. Where cryptocurrency payment is agreed, confirmed blockchain transactions are final.
4. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Our services are administrative and consultative. We are not a law firm and nothing on this website or in general communications constitutes legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Clients should obtain advice from qualified professionals for decisions that depend on their individual circumstances.
5. Applications and Third-Party Decisions
Immigration authorities, banks, government bodies, and other institutions make their own decisions. The Hong Kong Plan does not guarantee residency approval, bank-account opening, processing time, tax treatment, or any other third-party outcome. Rules and procedures may change without notice.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and lawful information and promptly disclose changes that may affect the work. We may pause or end an engagement where required information is missing, misleading, or inconsistent with legal or compliance obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, features, and functionality are owned by The Hong Kong Plan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hong Kong Plan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit or revenue, third-party delays, rejections, or changes in law or procedure. Liability for an agreed service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
